Return and Refund Policy

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of the transaction or property inspection. After this period, returns or refunds will not be accepted.

• For property-related services (such as reservations or contracts), the property must be in its original agreed-upon state. This includes ensuring that no alterations have been made to the transaction terms or property status by either party.

3. Reason for Return

• Returns or refund requests may be made for the following reasons:

• Damaged property or issue with the land’s status (e.g., legal disputes not disclosed).

• Incorrect or misleading property information (such as discrepancies with the size, location, or features of the property).

• Other issues that affect the intended use or purchase of the property that are not caused by the buyer’s actions.

• Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the return is accepted and processed.

• Please note that the refund amount may be subject to deductions for any transaction fees, taxes, or other charges related to the purchase
